What You’ll Do:

- **Keyword Research & Strategy**: Identify golden keywords that drive qualified traffic to our property listings and service pages.
- **On-Page SEO**: Optimize content, metadata, headers, and internal links like a digital architect with a Google-first blueprint.
- **Off-Page SEO**: Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, collaborations, and digital PR to elevate our domain authority.
- **Content Collaboration**: Team up with writers and designers to create engaging blog posts, property descriptions, and landing pages that both humans and search engines love.
- **SEO Audits & Reporting**: Use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console to track performance and provide actionable insights.
- **Stay Ahead**: Keep your finger on the pulse of Google’s algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure we’re always one step ahead.

What You Bring:

- 1-3 years of SEO experience (real estate experience = bonus points).
- Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress or others).
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and presentation skills.
- A passion for real estate and a knack for digital storytelling.

Bonus If You:

- Understand local SEO for targeting city-specific real estate markets.
- Have experience with Google Ads or basic paid media.
- Are familiar with schema markup and technical SEO.
