They are responsible for identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. Their role is crucial in maintaining inventory levels, avoiding shortages, and upholding quality and cost-efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities:

- **Sourcing and Supplier Management**:Identifying potential vendors, evaluating offers, negotiating contracts, and establishing strong supplier relationships.
- **Procurement Operations**:Placing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with other departments to avoid shortages or overstocking, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information, and preparing reports on purchasing activities.
- **Cost Control and Analysis**:Analyzing costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and contributing to budget management.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- **Collaboration**:Working closely with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and collaborating with inventory and warehouse teams.
- **Staying Updated**:Keeping abreast of market trends, pricing, and product availability, and attending industry events.

Essential Skills:

- **Negotiation**:Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and terms with suppliers.
- **Communication**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
- **Analytical**:Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make informed decisions.

- **Problem-Solving**:Ability to identify and resolve issues related to procurement, delivery, and supplier performance.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Familiarity with procurement software and tools, as well as knowledge of supply chain procedures.

Pay: ₹10,528.63 - ₹25,000.00 per month
