**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an energetic and creative **Influencer Marketing Executive** to lead collaborations with content creators, influencers, and brand advocates who align with Growthzi’s vision.
You’ll be responsible for discovering, onboarding, and managing influencers to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions through authentic storytelling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and reach out to influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.) aligned with Growthzi’s audience — creators, entrepreneurs, and digital builders.
- Negotiate collaborations, campaign deliverables, and budgets.
- Manage influencer partnerships end-to-end — from ideation to campaign execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with the content and social teams to create shareable, high-impact campaigns.
- Track campaign ROI, engagement metrics, and conversion performance.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with micro and macro influencers.
- Experiment with affiliate and referral-based influencer programs to drive sign-ups and growth.
- Stay on top of digital trends, platform updates, and creator economy shifts.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in influencer or social media marketing (agency/startup preferred).
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and creator communities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven mindset — ability to measure reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools (Heepsy, Upfluence, Modash, etc.).

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience in SaaS, creator tools, or digital marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion, or Jasper for campaign ideation.
- Understanding of paid influencer amplification and UGC marketing.
