Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and driven Influencer Marketing Executive to lead influencer collaborations that drive engagement brand awareness and sales If you understand social media trends can identify impactful creators and want to be a part of a fast-growing e-commerce brand this is your opportunity Key Responsibilities Identify evaluate and manage relationships with influencers across platforms Instagram YouTube etc Develop and execute influencer campaigns aligned with product launches brand goals and seasonal promotions Coordinate content calendars and campaign timelines with internal marketing teams Prepare creative briefs and ensure influencer content aligns with brand tone messaging and quality standards Track and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as reach engagement conversions and ROI Handle influencer negotiations contracts deliverables and payments in a timely manner Stay updated on social media trends competitor activity and emerging influencer talent Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field 1-3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing preferably in e-commerce beauty fashion or lifestyle sector Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems affiliate marketing and creator communities Experience with performance tracking tools Google Analytics Bitly affiliate platforms etc Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines What We Offer Opportunity to work with a high-growth e-commerce brand Creative freedom and exposure to high-impact campaigns Collaborative and dynamic work culture Competitive salary package and performance-based incentives Learning opportunities and career progression Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
