**About Us**:
We are a 30-bedded ENT-specialized hospital committed to providing high-quality patient care with a multidisciplinary approach. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team and support patient recovery and rehabilitation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess and evaluate the physical condition of patients referred for physiotherapy, particularly those recovering from ENT surgeries and conditions.
- Plan and implement individual physiotherapy treatment programs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with ENT surgeons and nursing staff for holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about home care and preventive exercises.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and equipment maintenance in the physiotherapy unit.
- Participate in departmental meetings and continuous learning activities.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the appropriate State/Indian Council (as applicable).
- 0-2 years of clinical experience. Freshers with internships in hospital settings are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience or interest in post-operative ENT rehabilitation.
- Basic knowledge of audiological rehabilitation is a plus.
- Familiarity with hospital documentation systems.
