(preferred specializations: Ortho, Neuro, Sports, Pediatric)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
As a Physiotherapist, you will assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients to aid recovery from injuries, improve mobility, and enhance physical well-being. You will educate patients on exercises and lifestyle habits, track their progress, and maintain proper treatment documentation.
- Conduct patient assessments and diagnoses.
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Guide patients on exercises, posture, and preventive care.
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure consistent follow-up.
- **Patient Throughput**: Average number of patients assessed and treated per day/week.
- **Treatment Plan Compliance**: % of patients adhering to prescribed therapy schedules.
- **Patient Satisfaction Score**: Based on feedback forms and reviews.
- **Documentation Accuracy**: % of cases with complete and accurate records.
- **Recovery Progress Rate**: Improvement metrics tracked over treatment duration.
- Strong clinical knowledge of physiotherapy principles and techniques.
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and design effective treatment plans.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Experience with sports injuries, orthopedics, or neuro rehab.
- Familiarity with physiotherapy equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of exercise therapy software or documentation tools.
- Empathetic and patient-focused.
- Proactive in learning and skill enhancement.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
