Description

Identify valuable franchisees from current offline pharmacists in the market and convert them to Pharmeasy franchisee

Documentation and onboarding of new franchisee till they go live on PE platform

Coordination with all internal teams and existing franchisee network for lead generation and scaling up

**Requirements**:
More than 1+ years of experience in field business development

Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred

Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.

Proven ability to manage the business “by the numbers.” Must be metrics-driven.

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly

Experience working with SME retailers is an advantage

Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage

Need to be a good conversation starter to be able to do walk-in selling

Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets is desired.

Note: This is not an office desk role and based on the field. Will also have a requirement to travel time to time.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 per year
