**Position: AUDIOLOGIST SPEECH THERAPIST**

The Community Health Division of the Bangalore Baptist Hospital is the implementing agency for the District Disability Rehabilitation Centre (DDRC) situated in the Bangalore Rural District. It is a Collaborative project with the Department for the Empowerment of Differently Abled and Senior Citizen, Government of Karnataka

**Qualification, Skills & personality traits**
- Bsc/ Msc in Speech and Audiology with work experience of 1-3 years in relevant field
- Should know to speak and read Kannada language
- Good Communication skills
- Working Knowledge of computers
- Speech therapy
- Hearing evaluations
- Evaluate hearing and speech/language disorders
- Counsel and instruct patients in techniques to improve hearing or speech impairment.
- Attending screening camp
- **Additional Skills**
- BERA test
- Assessment of hearing function
- Good patient evaluation skill
- Effective communication skills in Kannada Language

**Experience**:
