**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)** to join our team and work with children to enhance their speech, language, communication, and swallowing skills. The role involves individualized therapy, caregiver education, and active collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Conduct individualized therapy sessions tailored to each child’s needs.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators for holistic child development.
- Provide caregiver training and education to support therapy at home.
- Document progress and refine therapy plans for optimal outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- BASLP or MASLP degree.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure/certification.
- Proficiency in assessing and treating speech and dysphagia.
- Expertise in diagnosis and therapy planning.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Pediatric therapy experience preferred.
- Freshers to 2 years of experience welcome.
