**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between shippers, branches, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of air freight and sea freight operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly resolving issues, and managing customer expectations.
- Utilize knowledge of air freight and sea freight processes to assist customers with their shipping needs and provide relevant information and guidance.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including Daily Shipment Reports (DSR), to track shipments, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Handle nomination business efficiently, ensuring all requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows, streamline processes, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in air freight and sea freight operations.
- Strong coordination abilities to manage interactions between shippers and branches effectively.
- Experience in maintaining reports and DSR.
- Knowledge of nomination business processes.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role within the freight forwarding industry.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
