Otipy is a community-based platform to connect consumers, resellers, and farmers for bringing fresh produce to the doorstep.
- Founded in 2016 by Varun Khurana, Otipy focuses on on-demand harvesting according to predicted demand to keep minimum wastage through state-of-the-art tecocurement, distribution, and delivery technology. Otipy sources fresh produce from farmers across Haryana, UP, Delhi, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra.

- Otipy is India’s first social commerce platform connecting end-consumers to farmers through a community of resellers (mainly women). It is building a scalable, demand-driven, and tech-enabled supply chain for fresh produce that moves farm produce from farm to fork in less than 12 hours, giving consumers unparalleled freshness. We work closely with 20,000+ resellers across Delhi-NCR and serve over 4 Lakh consumers with fresh produce at their doorstep. Otipy sources fresh fruits and vegetables from 10,000+ farmers across Haryana, UP, Delhi, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and many more. Our Mission is to transform the consumption habits of Indian households by providing healthy farm-fresh produce and providing our farmers technical to modernize farming, and buying the product at a fair price every day. Thus creating an interdependent community of farmers and consumers.

**Job Description**:

- What will you be doing
- 1. Connecting with customers for delivery
- 2. Communicate courteously with customers
- 3. Handle customer complaints/enquiries or requests
- 4. Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
- 5. Work across different teams (Sales, operations, delivery) for effective and fast issue resolution
- What we need in you.
- 1. Experience in working on communication platforms tools
- 3. Excellent communication skills
- 4. Should speak Good in English, Hindi
- 5. Strong sense of customer empathy
- 6. Willingness to work during weekends
