We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs that enhance user experience and drive engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements and create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to evaluate and improve the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are innovative and meet current design standards.
- Work with developers to ensure design specifications are met and designs are implemented to meet project requirements.
- Communicate design ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work and user-centered design principles.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and InVision.
- Knowledge of web and mobile design standards, as well as current UI/UX design trends and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
