Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make cold calls to potential customers or follow up with leads.
Lead Generation: Identify potential prospects and convert them into customers.
Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information about the company's products or services to customers.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
Sales Conversion: Persuade customers to purchase products or services and achieve sales targets.
Data Management: Maintain a database of customers and update records of interactions and sales.
Follow-Ups: Make regular follow-up calls to maintain a relationship with customers.
Reporting: Submit daily or weekly reports on call activity and results to the supervisor.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills.
Persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Environment:
Office-based with a quiet environment for calls.
May involve working in shifts or weekends depending on the business needs.
**Salary**:
Fixed base salary plus performance-based incentives.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 11 months
Expected hours: No less than 48 per week
