**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to discuss real estate opportunities and generate leads.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- **Information Dissemination**: Provide detailed information about our real estate projects, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for clients to visit our real estate properties or meet with our sales representatives.
- **Lead Qualification**: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
