**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our dynamic Fintech
team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping
the user experience (UX) of our cutting-edge financial products. Your expertise in both UX
and UI design will drive the creation of intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered
solutions.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them
into innovative design concepts.
2. Design and prototype user interfaces that enhance user interactions, ensuring a
seamless and efficient UX.
3. Conduct user research and usability testing to iteratively refine designs and gather
insights for improvements.
4. Act as a strong advocate for the user, always seeking to improve the
overall experience and drive customer satisfaction.
5. Define user needs, develop user flows, create wireframes, mock-ups, and
interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
6. Maintain a consistent design language and adhere to UI best practices across
different product modules.
7. Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with the
intended user experience.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging UX/UI patterns,
particularly within the fintech sector and continually elevate our products.

**Requirements**:

- 3-6 years of professional experience in product design, with a strong focus on UX

and a solid understanding of UI principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Knowledge of user-centered design processes and the ability to integrate user

feedback into design iterations.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively

with team members.
- A portfolio showcasing your design expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to

detail.
