**Responsibilities**:

- User Research: Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Information Architecture: Develop detailed information architecture and user flows to effectively structure complex product features.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate design concepts.
- User Interface Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user engagement and align with the product’s brand.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into design solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the product’s user experience.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with complex products.
- Creativity: Strong ability to think outside the box and develop innovative design solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure a seamless and error-free user experience.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze user data and make data-driven design decisions.
- UI/UX Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or AI design tools.
- Prototyping Tools: Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or Proto.io.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle complex design challenges.
- Curiosity and Adaptability: A curious mindset to explore new ideas and technologies and the adaptability to iterate designs based on feedback.

**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in UI/UX design, human-centered design, or usability can be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
