Restaurant Captain

We are searching for a talented and experienced **Restaurant Captain** to join our dynamic team at Ghani Biriyani Restaurant, a thriving multi-cuisine restaurant located in Thanjavur.

**About the Role**:
In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Guide Your Team to Service Excellence
- Oversee service & ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead waitstaff, champion quality, & solve problems.
- Be a menu expert & create a seamless operation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a server or captain in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- A strong understanding of exceptional hospitality and service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and staff.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu knowledge.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in a point-of-sale system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
