**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Relations**: Greet and seat guests, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to. Address any concerns or special requests promptly.
- **Service Management**: Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers and support staff to maintain high service standards. Ensure timely and efficient service during meal periods.
- **Team Leadership**: Train, mentor, and motivate staff to enhance their performance and knowledge of menu offerings. Conduct regular meetings to discuss service standards and improvements.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Stay informed about menu items, specials, and wine pairings to provide recommendations to guests and assist staff in their knowledge.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Oversee the flow of service and ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- **Billing and Payment Processing**: Ensure accurate billing and efficient payment processing while handling cash and credit transactions securely.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Collect and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with management to enhance the overall dining experience.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
