**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Applied Legal Research Intern** to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal research, statutory interpretation, case law analysis, and policy evaluation, especially with a focus on real-world legal issues and reforms.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on current and emerging legal issues.
- Analyze statutes, case law, and secondary legal sources.
- Assist in drafting legal memoranda, reports, and policy briefs.
- Support ongoing legal and policy projects by providing relevant insights and documentation.
- Stay updated on legislative and judicial developments at national and international levels.
- Collaborate with legal professionals and contribute to publications or articles, if required.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in LL.M, P.hd Law
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with legal databases such as SCC Online, Manupatra, Westlaw, or similar.
- Ability to interpret complex legal texts and communicate findings clearly.
- A keen interest in applied law, policy, and real-world legal challenges.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently under mínimal supervision.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous internships or experience in legal research or policy analysis.
- Knowledge of specific legal domains such as constitutional law, technology law, criminal justice, or international law.
