Position**:Customer Relationship Executives**

No. of Positions: 4

Job location: Kondotty, Malappuram, Vengara, Kottakkal (Malappuram District, Kerala)

Experience: 0-4 years proven experience

Education: Bachelor's degree and above

Food and Accommodation: Yes

Gender: Female

Age: Max. 35 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

**18 Steps Consultants do not demand or accept money from Job Applicant(s).**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
