Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic individuals to join our team as admission counsellor. As an admission counsellor you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, introducing them to our IT courses and programs and assisting them throughout the enrolment process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Introduce the institute's offerings, explain course details, curriculum, and career prospects to potential students
- Follow up on leads generated
- Ability to convey information about IT programs, courses, and benefits clearly and concisely over the phone
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, address inquiries and resolve issues in a helpful manner
- Helping students to prepare for admissions Applications

Qualification and Skills
- Any Degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic IT concepts
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Experience**:
