**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Policy Management**:

- Process, issue, and review various types of insurance policies (life, health, property, casualty, etc.).
- Assess client needs to recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
- Renew policies and handle endorsements, cancellations, and claims processing.
- **Claims Handling**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders regarding claims.
- Ensure claims are processed efficiently, from submission to resolution.
- Collaborate with claims adjusters, underwriters, and legal teams to resolve complex cases.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide high-level customer service to existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Educate clients on insurance policies, coverages, and exclusions to ensure full understanding.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Assist in identifying sales opportunities and promoting new insurance products.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- **Risk Assessment and Underwriting Support**:

- Support the underwriting process by gathering and analyzing client information.
- Work closely with underwriters to assess risk levels and recommend appropriate coverage.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay updated on industry regulations, laws, and standards to ensure all policies and procedures adhere to legal requirements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on insurance sales, claims, policy renewals, and other key metrics.
- Analyze trends and risks to propose improvements in the insurance offerings and operations.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments (sales, claims, risk management, finance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in training and mentoring junior team members as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
