- Work with project teams and design analysis plan and most effective research strategies. Gather required information using quantitative research techniques
- Organize, analyse, synthesize and/or summarize data and information using appropriate analytical tools.
- Work on Questionnaire Designing/Review, Online Survey Testing, Data Analysis (Q, SPSS and Excel), Banner Checking, Slide Structuring, Data Population and managing overall data quality
- Communicate research results through structured end-products (memos, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, etc.). Cull out key insights from data and research findings

**Required Skills**:

- Relevant Quantitative research experience
- Experience in research questionnaire and knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
- Hand on experience working on analysis tools like SPSS, Q, etc.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data in a challenging and insightful manner
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
- Strong verbal and oral communication
- Team player and have excellent interpersonal skills to manage Analyst/MT.
