**Key Performance Area**
- Achieving Business objectives / Targets on Production, quality, Cost, delivery, safety, Morale and other Assignments which may arise from time to time.

**Accountability & Responsibility**
- Capital, Revenue and Employees Budget Proposals based on Sales / Marketing Budget.
- Setting each Department’s objectives / targets based on company’s objectives & achieving as planned through Weekly Reviews.
- Implementing Quality Policy, quality Objective & Quality Management Systems ensuring that it is understood & practiced at all levels.
- Materials Management including inventory, outsourcing for capacity, special processes, finishing processes and supply chain management as necessary. Making recommendations for Forward Integration / Backward Integration etc., as necessary with economic justifications.
- Identifying and providing adequate resources ( Men, Machines, Material & Money)
- Preparation of contingency / fall-back plans.
- Business development through OTD of NPD
- Capacity planning & RFQ support to sales for quoting to customers.
- Identification of his training requirements and also for personnel directly reporting to him.
- Approving the training needs of personnel and ensuring the training is imparted as planned and effectiveness assessed.

**Authority**
- To decide on Manufacturing planning and prioritization
- To decide on share of business with suppliers incoming material
- To approve purchase orders for materials and capital equipment.
- To allocate responsibilities and authority to subordinates
- Bill certification and payment approvals
- Initiate disciplinary action / reward
- To nominate people for training

**Competency Required**:

- Knowledge on Finance and accounts as applicable to Operations Management.
- Knowledge on statutory requirements
- Knowledge on Quality Systems
- Knowledge on LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma TPM.
- Knowledge on overall business Management & business administration with focus on Bottom line & Top line of the Business.

**Soft Skills**:

- General management skills, Communication, IR, Team Building, Leadership, Managerial Skills, Tactfulness, habit of upgrading knowledge continuously

**Qualification & Experience**
- BE-Mech / B.Tech with more than 20 years’ experience on similar manufacturing environment (OR)
- M.S / M.Tech. with Digital Machining specialization with 15+ years’ experience on similar manufacturing environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹175,000.00 per month
