  • Skilled in blueprint reading, enabling accurate interpretation of design specifications for production.
  • Familiarity with Siemens controls, enhancing operational efficiency when working with cutting-edge manufacturing technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality in manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting production goals with effective communication and cooperation.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Operate VMC machines efficiently, ensuring compliance with safety standards and achieving desired production outputs.
  • Develop and modify CNC programs using G-Code to enhance machine performance and product accuracy.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot machinery to prevent production delays.
  • Interpret and execute tasks based on detailed blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Utilize Siemens controls to optimize machine settings for various production processes.
  • Ensure quality control measures are in place, verifying product specifications and making necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production cycles and adherence to timelines.
