The Account Executive at **ITS Dental College** will play a crucial role in managing relationships with prospective students, healthcare organizations, and other key stakeholders. The Account Executive will work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve the college’s enrollment goals and support the broader mission of training future healthcare professionals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospective Student Engagement**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, applicants, and influences (parents, advisors, etc.) to promote the college's programs and value propositions.
- Provide detailed information about academic offerings, admission requirements, scholarships, financial aid, and career opportunities.
**Lead Generation and Qualification**:
- Identify and nurture leads by targeting high schools, undergraduate institutions, and pre-health organizations.
- Qualify leads based on academic and professional aspirations, recommending appropriate programs and next steps.
**Relationship Management**:
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to provide accurate and timely information to prospects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners such as pre-med advisors, high school counselors, and healthcare organizations.
**Admissions Support**:
- Assist with the preparation and execution of recruitment events, including open houses, webinars, career fairs, and on-campus tours.
- Help organize and attend admissions events, representing the college in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
- Track and manage leads and communications through the college’s CRM or admissions software.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activity, lead conversion, and pipeline status.
- Analyze and report on trends, identifying opportunities to improve outreach strategies and recruitment tactics.
**Market and Competitor Analysis**:
- Stay informed about trends in medical education and admissions, including understanding the competitive landscape.
- Share insights with the leadership and marketing teams to help refine recruitment strategies and messaging.
**Customer Service and Communication**:
- Ensure that all inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
- Communicate effectively with prospective students, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive experience.
**Collaboration and Team Support**:
- Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, faculty, financial aid, and student services to create a cohesive and seamless enrollment experience.
- Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and ideas to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or admissions, preferably within the higher education or healthcare sector.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business management tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the medical education field is a plus.
