Job Location - Mulund, Mumbai

Provide business ownership and ongoing daily support for multiple R&D IT systems.

Additionally, you will identify areas of opportunity across R&D and support initiatives that will deliver IT systems/tools that will drive faster, bigger R&D innovation globally.

**You will have the following areas of responsibility**:

- Own all aspects of multiple global R&D IT systems, ensuring overall system integrity and that business requirements are being met globally. Evaluate all system changes and bug fixes, and prioritize based on criticality and business value. We partner with R&D and IT to help quantify business value and estimate development cost (including resources) for requested updates/new functionalities. Coordinate development efforts with internal and external partners.
- Support day to day system administration and identify area of opportunity to optimize existing system related processes (e.g. user access, training, etc)
- Collaborate with global partners on new system development and/or improvement projects: we collaborate with multi-functional, global R&D partners to identify new system capabilities and/or upgrades. Liaise with Business IT, system developers, other system owners and System Quality groups to “translate” business requirements into clear technical needs. Verify, test and document said functionalities, develop and implement training materials, and deliver solutions to end users.
- Ensure overall system compliance throughout its lifecycle via accurate documentation, procedures, and protocols. Responsible for system related training program(s) and Global SOPs (as needed). Support critical System compliance related activities (eg. QA/CVQA Audits, FDA Audits, Work Instructions, etc.) as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Education: BS/MS with 3-5 years of experience
- General PC skills required (e.g. Microsoft office packages), general database knowledge is a plus
- Experience with system validation documentation processes, including related systems, and user requirements management and tracking are a plus as well
- Experience in Consumer Product Development / R&D a plus, but not required
- Structured and well-organized with attention to detail (Project Management skills)
- Shown command of English, Customer driven, positive work approach with willingness to learn new things
- Good Communication, Presentation, and Teamwork Skills
