Procurement Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate procurement activities for civil engineering projects in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs to determine material and service requirements.
- Source and evaluate vendors and subcontractors for civil construction materials and services.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate terms and pricing, and issue purchase orders and subcontracts.
- Monitor procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery and support project timelines.
- Liaise with engineering, construction, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and complete material delivery.
- Track and manage procurement documentation, including RFQs, POs, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project quality requirements.
- Assist in preparing procurement reports and cost tracking for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, technical specifications, and civil works.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and procurement tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
