**PRO & Administration**

1. Assist the Head of the Institution with day to day operational and functional activities of the school

2. Responsible for performing secretariat office administrative duties.

4. Meeting and handling parents with critical queries of concerns

5. Coordination with DEO/DPEO for sort of official correspondence

6. Maintain UDISE + portal by Annual UDISE + updation and submission of school profile

7. Coordinate the school compliances in terms of CBSE office laid circulars/ policies

8. Responsible for the filling and data management of the School Affiliation portal in CBSE

9. Responsible for DPS Society correspondence and data management

10. Coordinate for annual goals, strategy making, implementation

11. Participate in crisis management

12. Managing several portals of governing bodies: DISE,RTE, CBSE OASIS, AFFILIATION, ATL, DPSS

13. Align with compliance and legal team to carry out all correspondence

14. Coordinate and correspond in alignment with compliance and legal team for all complaints received from Govt depts

**Admission Supervision**

15. Prepare, design and strategize yearly admission process and vacancy chart with annual trends

16. Student data management of portal and personal dossiers

17. Prepare annual and periodical circulars for parents

18. Supervise and guide: Admissions, LC/Tc, GR Records

19. Coordinate for annual HR Activities: Increments, ACR flow chain, SCM, F&F

20. RTE portal and annual data management

21. Record and maintain school strength data and manage admission que

22. Meeting and handling parents with critical queries of concerns

**Skills**

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.

Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.

Proficiency in Computer skills especially excel.

**Qualification**

Minimum Graduate

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
