**Strategy Development**:

- Create and implement comprehensive PR plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Devise strategies to enhance the organization's public image and brand awareness.
- **Media Relations**:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Prepare and distribute press releases, articles, and other materials to secure positive media coverage.
- Act as a spokesperson for the organization when necessary.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including press releases, blog posts, and social media.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Proactively identify potential PR issues and develop strategies to address them.
- Manage crises by providing timely and accurate information to the media and the public.
- **Event Planning**:

- Organize and coordinate events such as press conferences, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Work with event planning teams to ensure seamless execution.
- **Internal Communication**:

- Facilitate effective communication within the organization to maintain a unified message.
- Provide guidance to employees on public communication matters.
- **Monitoring and Analysis**:

- Monitor media coverage and public opinion to gauge the effectiveness of PR strategies.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
