**Job Purpose**:

- The products of Copper Recycling such as copper and by-products, Gold and Silver are high value items and are vulnerable to pilferage.
- The security operation is primarily manpower oriented with very little automation.
- Procurement process is slow and impacts the ability to make process changes and
- Implement contract renewals including manpower and other service contracts on time.
- Compliance management is critical but the culture of compliances and safety is yet be fully established.
- fire system is old and ongoing project to revamp the same has been slow.
- Antecedents of vehicle owners and drivers are not known as old vendors have
- hired vehicles
- To ensure complete security of assets and people in Copper Recycling comprising of the Plant, warehouses including fire safety of the plant and township through assessment of risks based on product vulnerability, topography, demography and the work culture and disaster management.
- To ensure security of materials in transit across India
- To ensure transportation management to and from Copper Recycling and within the premises

**Qualifications**:
Post Diploma-Industrial Safety,Master In Management Studies

**Minimum Experience Level**:
15-22 Years
