**Profile Requirements**:
The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and performing administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- As a Receptionist, you will greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Administrative tasks include scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records.
- You’ll ensure the reception area remains organized and handle mail and package deliveries.
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing visitor inquiries and concerns, and managing office supplies are key duties.
- Additionally, you’ll support office operations by collaborating with other administrative staff and assisting with special projects.
- Your role is crucial in maintaining a professional and efficient front desk environment.
**Profile Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in Office Administration is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional demeanor, are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment is required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively are important.
- Flexibility and the ability to manage a dynamic work environment are also crucial.
