**Role Description**
This is a full-time customer service desk role based in Jamnagar. As a customer service desk officer at Croma, you would be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to all customers who visit our store, including responding to inquiries, providing information regarding products, and resolving customer complaints.
**Qualifications**
- A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A problem-solving mindset with an ability to handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Fluent in Gujarati and Basic English Language.
- A minimum educational qualification of an HSC or high school diploma or equivalent (Higher education preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
