Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
- Booking excursions, flights, and hotels, as well as arranging transport according to client specifications.
- Negotiating the best rates with hotels, rental companies, tour guides, and restaurants.
- Answering all clients’ questions and addressing complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Discussing and planning wedding theme, venue setup and other requirements with the clients
- Planning itinerary for the wedding day function and other ceremonies
- Make and confirm reservations for transportation and accommodations, using telephones, faxes, mail, and computers.
- Answer inquiries regarding such information as schedules, accommodations, procedures, and policies.
- Assemble and issue required documentation such as tickets, travel insurance policies, and itineraries.
- Inform clients of essential travel information such as travel times, transportation connections, and medical and visa requirements.
