**Job Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our hotel's sales team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel’s accommodations, services, and event spaces to potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Promote and sell hotel accommodations, event spaces, and services to meet sales targets[].
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to secure repeat business[].
- **Client Management**:

- Conduct site visits and give presentations to prospective clients.
- Assist clients with planning event details, including space requirements, food service, and schedules[].
- Address client inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities[].
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of events and services.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on sales strategies[].

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
