**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil site activities and manpower allocation.
- Ensure execution of works such as **pipeline fitting, excavation, and foundation works** in line with design and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and quality/safety teams to achieve timely project completion.
- Review drawings, materials, and work progress reports to ensure quality compliance.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including daily progress reports, material logs, and inspection records.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly while maintaining communication with management.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil)** is mandatory.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Civil Supervisor or Site Engineer in the **Oil & Gas industry**.
- Proven knowledge of **gas pipeline installation, fitting procedures, and related civil infrastructure**.
- Strong understanding of **safety standards, quality control**, and site management practices.
