We are looking for a **Site Supervisor** to join our dynamic construction team. You’ll work closely with the Senior Engineer to ensure that daily operations on-site are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily activities at the construction site
- Follow instructions and work plans given by the Senior Engineer
- Monitor safety and quality compliance at all stages
- Maintain records of daily progress, issues, and labour usage
- Manage labour teams and ensure materials are used efficiently

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: Diploma in Civil Engineering or 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of construction processes
- Ability to coordinate with engineers, workers, and vendors
- Good communication and reporting skills
- **Experience**: Prior site work experience is an added advantage but not mandatory

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
