- Assigning responsibilities to production workers
- Supervising and monitoring workers
- Conducting reviews for personnel performance
- Compiling production records and prepare reports
- Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly
- Preparing work schedules & production planning
- Maintaining quality service
- Ensuring production plans are completed in time for on time delivery
- Communicating with other manufacturing departments
- Identifying and troubleshooting production issues
- Ensuring and maintaining safe work environment

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tinsukia, Assam: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
