**Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities -**
- Manage a successful sales support team and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily sales performance metrics.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.
- Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Account team, Purchase Deptt., Factory, Logistics, and Product Development) to develop effective sales strategies.
- Complete sales forecasts and sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner.
- Building communication between management and teams.
- Tracking long-term sales data.
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team managing all the sales related activity of the company.
- Making follow-up calls with sales managers to ensure sales order timely to completing orders and monitoring the consignment deliveries as per customers informed of delays date.
- Managing multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Preparing month-end Sales reports for senior managers.
- Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
- Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets.
- Helping the senior management to make the upcoming month’s sales projection.

**Salary**: ₹540,000.00 per year
