**Product Management**:
Our Product centre is in Bangalore while our sales offices and partners are spread across the country and specific regions outside India. Our Product and Engineering functions at Tally are responsible for Design, Development, Testing and Product Roadmap of all the delightful and flawless products that we release for our customers.

**What You Will Own**
- In this role, you would collaborate with the SMEs in Product Management and Engineering to build high-quality content for our product features.
- You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the content deliverables are usable and impactful in educating the customers and addressing their queries.

**Experience You Should Bring**
- Ability to learn and unlearn concepts & nuances of the domain and businesses in different markets.
- Expertise to write concepts & procedures with clarity, conciseness, consistency and functional accuracy with mínimal supervision.
- Attention to detail for editing UI labels and documents for precision of grammar, sentence structure, clarity, and accuracy.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and any web-authoring tool.
- Diligence to follow instructions & processes, with the patience to track assigned tasks to closure under tight deadlines.
- Excellent teamplay skills with the smartness to adapt to the dynamics of projects, and work independently.
- Willingness to go on field visits with the empathy to interact with customers at their pace, and to understand their requirements and encourage the use of our content artefacts.

Preferred:

- Com graduate with a general understanding of the business domain.
- Knowledge of Tally.ERP 9/TallyPrime is desirable.
- Experience in writing instructions and in using image capturing & video creation tools.
- Exposure to user experience, usability of DIY content, and SEO aspects.
- Knowledge of video script writing and creation.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Write technical content, including concepts and procedures, for online help, and UI strings.
- Craft scripts for videos, record simulations, and create videos.
- Gather functional understanding of the product features in collaboration with different teams.
- Provide editorial support in adherence to in-house standards and guidelines.
- Participate in activities that lead to content design, including identification of business cases and product patterns.
- Use market research as the basis to understand the business domain.
