Job Description: Responsibilities & authorities (Production Supervisor, Printing)
- Responsible for optimum utilization of Man, Machine and Material without any loss.
- Maintaining 5-S in the department. Maintain and provide support to all 5-S programs and

prepare training program for all status boards.
- Maintain proper discipline in the production area. Inform HR in case of any misbehavior,

non performance etc. immediately.
- Plan production and shift according to the schedule received from Sales, Planning

, and Production Department.
- Review design, job specification, and process and prepare Printing and delivery

schedule accordingly.
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing

work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules;
resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production

summaries.
- Co-ordinate with binding & dispatch section for on time delivery.
- Ensure proper handling of machines.
- Preventive and predictive maintenance of printing and cutting machine.
- Maintain “History Card” of all the machines.
- Daily and monthly Production wise Report for both UV and Conventional.
- Maintenance of Stock. Periodic physical stock checking, giving requirement to

Purchase Dept.
- Ensure material is handled and used properly without any loss.
- Skill and production mapping to help evaluate workers performance.
- Giving one suggestion for improvement per month.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as printing production supervisor with reputed

mono cartons manufacturing company
- Supervision, Managing Processes, Process Improvement, Tracking Budget Expenses,

Production Planning, Controls and Instrumentation, Strategic Planning, Dealing with

Complexity, Financial Planning and Strategy.

Authorities
- Facilitate Production meetings and On Job Training.
- Sanction leaves / time offs of operators without any production loss.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
