**Head Graphic Design**

**Qualifications required**
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in branding, packaging, print media, and product designing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment, with good communication.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
- Experience in the export industry or related fields is a plus.
- Strong understanding of print media. (Machine-related knowledge is not required. Should understand what is offset printing and how it works.)

**Responsibilities**
- Managing multiple projects concurrently, balancing competing priorities and deadlines, while upholding meticulous attention to detail and consistently delivering flawless output.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, to understand design briefs, deliver exceptional designs, and exceed project expectations.
- Coordinating with internal team and decision-makers to understand exact requirements.
- Working on the ready designs receive from the customer and send it to Merchandisers/Customers for approval.
- Set the approved design as per the printing requirements and send it to CTP.
- Display PDQ's & Carton design making.
- Product Designing.

**Salary**: ₹29,987.60 - ₹35,215.69 per month
