**Overview**

PENNEP is seeking a highly organized and proactive **Operations Executive** to work directly with the Leadership on a contractual basis. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and coordination skills to ensure smooth daily operations and effective collaboration across teams

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Leadership to manage and oversee day-to-day operational tasks.
- Assign and track tasks for team members, ensuring timely completion and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with the **Marketing** and **Development** teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Set up and coordinate **virtual meetings**, ensuring technical setup and communication readiness.
- Organize and maintain important **documents, reports, and files** efficiently.
- Coordinate and plan **corporate events and meetings** with attention to detail.
- Ensure **confidentiality** and maintain discretion in handling sensitive information.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in operations coordination, executive support, or project management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in **Microsoft Office,** **project management tools.**:

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

**Contract Details**
- **Contract Duration**: 12 Months ( Extend based on Requirement and performance)
- **Work Mode**: Hybrid
- **Working Hours**: 2 PM to 11PM IST
