Operation Associate

**About Jewelnme**:
Jewelnme is an emerging jewellery brand currently in the product development phase. We are building a strong operational foundation to ensure a seamless customer experience and scalable growth as we enter the online marketplace.

**Job Summary**:
The Operations Associate will play a critical role in executing operational processes, leveraging technology, and collaborating across departments to drive efficiency, support business growth, and ensure operational readiness for the e-commerce launch. This role requires a detail-oriented executor with **effective communication**, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Process Execution & Workflow Management**
- Execute day-to-day operational workflows with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency.
- Monitor the impact of process changes, measure KPIs, and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

**2. System Design & Technology Integration**
- Utilize ERP systems [Zoho People] for data management, reporting, and process automation.
- Leverage generative AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, generate insights, and improve decision-making.

**3. Departmental Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with Customer Support and merchandiser to resolve logistics-related inquiries and issues.
- Identify and address operational challenges, proposing practical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for other departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

**4. Entrepreneurial Problem-Solving & Innovation**
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensuring timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement solutions to create value.
- Collaborate with the Strategy Manager to align operations with long-term business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Familiarity with Zoho ERP systems (or similar software) and generative AI tools (like Deep-seek, ChatGPT, Claude).
- Knowledge of **system design principles**, **logistics**, and **departmental operations**.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail operations is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
