_**We are Hiring Career Counsellor**_

**Experience**:0-5 Years (Freshers with Good English can apply)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Marketing & Sales: Ensure maximum conversions from walk-in to admission to increase revenue, profitability of the center
- Assess academic and career needs of students.
- Responsible for the maintenance of information on the advising website.
- Interact in a positive manner with staff, students and parents.
- Relationship Management with Parents and Students
- Organize information session, collect advisor bios, oversee student adviser selection process, and register students for sections.
- Handling the entire Operations related to counselling and admission process of the center
- Develop and implement an ongoing procedure and analysis for curriculum review, development, and/or revision as well as provide information needed for strategic planning.
- Ensure Institute compliance with all accreditation and regulatory agencies.
- Setting performance goals, counselling them by offering corrective advice and action if performance dips
- Other Responsibility Areas: Undertake other responsibilities as deemed appropriate & directed by management

**Desired qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Well-versed in FAFSA processes and regulations.
- Exhibit strong leadership and problem solving skills.
- Strong command of English & Hindi language.
- Strong interpersonal good communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
