DESIGNATION: PR Executive Brand: Fine Jewellery Boutique Location: - Walkeshwar, South Mumbai Experience: 0-5 years preferably from fine jewellery brand / Luxe Brands Type of Job: Full Time (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:
**Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the fashion and lifestyle sectors. Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials. Organize and coordinate press events, product launches, and media briefings.**

Brand Communication: Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote the brand’s image and products. Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing regular reports and insights to management. Craft compelling stories and pitches to secure media coverage in top-tier publications.

**Social Media & Content: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms. Oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice. Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.**

Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to manage any potential issues that may affect the brand’s reputation. Act as the point of contact for media inquiries during crisis situations.

**Event Coordination: Plan and execute promotional events, including store openings, exhibitions, and collaborations with other luxury brands. Ensure events are well-publicized and attended by key media and influencers. ** Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers. Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

**Sourcing’s: Contacting and collaborating with renowned stylists of the Bollywood industry for jewellery sourcing’s required for events, promotions, shoots, shows etc.**

Gifting: Sending hampers to Influencers and Actors as an invitation to visit the store or for events.

Qualifications:
**Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. ** 2 - 4 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the luxury goods or fashion industry.

**Strong network of media contacts in the fashion and lifestyle sectors.**

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. ** Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative PR strategies.

**Strong organizational and project management skills.**

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills and Attributes:
**Passion for luxury jewellery and a good understanding of the industry.**

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

**Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand alignment.**

Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

**Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently**

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Walkeshwar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Public relations: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
