**Social Media & PR-**
Designing and implementing online marketing & public relations strategies across all digital platforms
Designing and developing online marketing campaigns to maximize search engine returns and website traffic.
Establish a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media. Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within industry media.
Concept, write, and publish press releases, newsletters, ads, blogs, and other digital and print materials that resonate with the Company's target market.
Preparing and editing organizational publications, including employee newsletters or stockholders' reports, for internal and external audiences.
Building relationships with clients and potential clients, suppliers, and the media.
Use marketplace insights to develop written and visual content that engages customers and prospects. Respond & engage to messages, comments, and mentions on all platforms.
Keep the Company website vital through constantly fresh and current content and design.
Assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral.
Ensure all content & visuals are on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
Reports & Insights
- Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in search trends, PPC strategies, and SEO best practices.
Conducting on-site and off-site analysis of web SEO competition.
Use google analytics to conduct performance reports regularly.
Collaborate with sales professionals, external vendors, and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both internal audiences and external customers and prospects.
Conduct periodic competitive audits. Conduct market research on keywords, consumer trends, and competing brands. Analyzing and interpreting research and analytic data to inform the marketing strategy.
Maintain an understanding of industry trends affecting customers and make appropriate recommendations regarding the communication strategy surrounding them.
Prepare an annual tactic plan, utilizing department and company strategies to guide and focus ideas.

**Job Requirement: -**
- Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.
- Experience as a social media executive/manager at a similar company.
- Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices in the industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM techniques and best practices.
- Thorough understanding of web design and site structures.
- In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
