About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- As an Automation Testing Practitioner, you will design, build, test and deploy effective testing solutions which reduce the amount of manual effort in the testing process.
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
- Be proactive, strong minded, quick thinker and assertive.
- Mature professional who is self-motivated and enthusiastic.

**Requirements**:
Preferred Skills and Experience

Must Have:

- Knowledge of Python or JavaScript or Java.
- Solid Exposure to QA activities such as test result & leaked defects reporting, root cause analysis etc.
- Required knowledge in UI Automation Testing.
- Exposure to desktop automation.
- Required exposure to Agile development environment, especially scrum.
- Good analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication skills, good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Strong academics above 70%.

**GOOD TO HAVE**:

- Exposure in various Automation Tools
- Knowledge on the DevOps activities
- Exposure in Audio/Video Automation

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 4 to 6 years of post-degree relevant experience
