We are seeking a highly organized and proactive personal assistant who can efficiently manage HR and business development tasks. This role involves supporting the senior management in both administrative and strategic activities, ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **HR Management**:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related tasks.
- Assist in organizing teambuilding activities and employee engagement programs.
- Address employee queries and support the HR team in policy formulation and compliance.
- **Business Development**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and clients.
- Assist in developing business strategies and preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new avenues for business growth.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with potential clients and partners.
- Support in preparing business development reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage the calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments for senior management.
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Organize travel arrangements and logistics for business trips and events.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, HR assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and business development principles.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
