**Key Responsibilities**

**Outbound Calling**
- Make outbound calls to individuals or businesses using a provided script.
- Introduce and explain products or services to prospective customers effectively.

**Lead Generation**
- Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive communication.
- Gather information to understand customer needs, preferences, and interests.

**Sales Achievement**
- Meet individual and team sales targets and objectives.
- Persuade and influence customers to achieve conversions.

**Customer Engagement**
- Maintain a professional and positive interaction with clients.
- Respond to customer queries to build rapport and trust.

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in a similar role (telecalling or telemarketing preferred).

**Communication**: Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.

**Sales Techniques**: Basic understanding of sales processes and persuasive communication.

**Motivation**: Target-driven with the ability to achieve objectives independently.
